I'm doing a book drawing, for No Plot? No Problem! by Chris Baty, the founder of NaNoWriMo.   If you don't have it yet, and are planning to do NaNo this year, please think about entering the drawing =)

Thought I'd post this for those of you on my flist who aren't [community profile] fiction_transitions  members.  I've been thinking about starting a bi-weekly group writing exercise post on the community, where we all contribute to a bank of writing exercises that genuinely help us improve parts of our craft (character, plot, dialogue, etc) and pledge to at least attempt the exercise, then comment about our experience with the exercise.

It's a pretty cool community, not limited to those who've been fanwriters, so if you write original fic please join!

I made a new layout!

...and my layout came out sort of overly pink.  And bright.  *feels so very girly*  I guess this is what I get for trying to make a layout with a Sailor Moon header image.  Fail.

But I sort of like it anyway, despite the pink. =)
